Here are some things to consider:


  • Have you tried restarting the PC?  

  • Is Oculus configured properly?

  • Is the Oculus guardian boundary setup?

  • Are you on a stable, high speed internet connection?

  • Do you have windows admin credentials on the PC you're using?

  • If you're using an Acadicus pro admin username / password - it is case sensitive.  Are you using the exact username and password?
