Here are some things to consider:
Have you tried restarting the PC?
Is Oculus configured properly?
Is the Oculus guardian boundary setup?
Are you on a stable, high speed internet connection?
Do you have windows admin credentials on the PC you're using?
If you're using an Acadicus pro admin username / password - it is case sensitive. Are you using the exact username and password?
